- very good location, the city centre of Charlotteville with numerous restaurants is within walking distance. - cosy wooden house in colonial style with balconies in the rooms or veranda in front of the house. - Room with air conditioning, sufficiently large bath/WC with window, desk. - Shelley and Gary are great hosts, after 3 days we had the feeling to know them for years. - very good breakfast, always freshly prepared by Shelley. - free parking directly in front of the house or at the street

Very positive experience there. Clean, well-maintained hotel with great location near the beautiful boardwalk. Location really close to the historical downtown and harbor, and both park and downtown. Lots of great food for meals: D

It was well priced. My husband and I really enjoyed being there. The hotel was in a wonderful location near to the downtown areas and the shops and attractions. I had superior double room with private bathroom.
The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.
